Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print the Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original boxes.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
